We all recognise that there will be more hard work ahead to keep guests coming and spending time and money with us....so how can we work together as a network, as a team of hospitality specialists to find ways of adding value for our guests?...
Here are some I have thought of:
Bike Hire inclusion in price
Extra night free
Wellie rental for families

just a few but I would LOVE to hear more!!

We do allsorts of things to make the holiday great value, but just a couple of them that are easy for others to copy are;

1) We've compiled a list of things to do and places to go with the kids that are either free or won't break the bank and email or post it to the guests at the time of booking. This helps as many parents will be worrying that they may have paid for the holiday but how much spending money are they going to need? We've had several guests been made redundant recently, but are adament they don't want to cancel their holiday.

2) We offer the use of a giant 'Dressing-up' trunk for the children (full of fantasy clothes and accessories) and Playstation games consoles for children and adults - free of charge of course - these are always popular and didn't cost much for us to put together.

Just read something on loyalty cards - has anyone tried them?
